Peter FinnegPeter Finneganan

Managing Director of Communiqué International, Peter Finnegan designs and directs a wide range of communications consultancy and skills-development projects across the public and private sectors. He works in Ireland, Europe, Western Balkans and Africa. In addition, he acts as a facilitator of strategy development including the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies.

Acknowledged as a leading expert in the area of media communication, crisis communication, persuasive communication and the communication of change, Peter acts as communications advisor and strategist to a wide range of companies and organisations and is the consultant of choice for many of the leading public relations companies. A key part of his work involves message development and spokesperson preparation for media encounters.

Peter works extensively with companies preparing for big ticket sales pitches. He has devised pitching principles and pitch preparation methodologies for organisations and consortia in the highly competitive sectors of Professional Services, Financial Services and Foreign Direct Investment.

Peter presents regularly at conferences and seminars where he has focused on topics as diverse as ‘Media Communications in Political Campaigns’, ‘The Power and Influence of the Media in a Contemporary Environment’, ‘The Public Face of Risk & Crisis Management in Ireland’, ‘Defence of the Corporate Realm – Managing Media Communications in a Crisis’, ‘Taking the Selling out of Selling’ and ‘Winning Business through Communicating Value’.

Peter holds an MSc in Executive Leadership from the University of Ulster and Boston College.

 Aibhlín MAibhlin_homecCrann

Aibhlín McCrann is a Director of Communiqué International and specialises in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and the communication elements of change management and organisational restructuring. Her expertise as a facilitator is widely acknowledged and she engages with groups of all sizes in the private, community and voluntary and public sectors.

Aibhlín offers senior executive job interview training, preparation and guidance where she works with clients to ensure exceptional performance in highly competitive, competency-based interview processes. Her work also includes report preparation and writing projects from content-planning stage to working with designers, photographers, illustrators and printers or web professionals to deliver projects in print or online. This entails intensive engagement with stakeholders to clarify their key messages, prior to writing and editing material from concept through to publication as corporate strategies, policy and research documents or reports. (  In addition, she produces a wide variety of other copy for clients including newsletters, speeches, media releases and press statements in Irish and in English.

A fluent Irish speaker and practising musician, Aibhlín has considerable media experience as a performer, spokesperson and freelance writer. She has had a long-term involvement with the arts both as a practitioner and organiser of national and international cultural events. She holds BA, B.MUS degrees from University College Dublin, is currently a board member of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, served as a member of the board of the Traditional Music Archive (2002-2005) and was Deputy Chairman of The Arts Council, An Chomhairle Ealaíon (2012-2016).

Dermot McLaughlin 1Dermot McLaughlin

Dermot has held senior management and leadership roles in the public and private sector since 1986. He advises on strategy formulation & review, organisational development, change management, strategic HR & recruitment and business planning.  Dermot has particular expertise in the public sector and in the cultural, community and voluntary sectors in both the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland. A fluent Irish speaker, Dermot work includes assignments with State agencies, SME’s and not-for-profit organisations based in the Gaeltacht.  As an experienced facilitator and researcher Dermot works closely with Boards, CEO’s, management teams and  external stakeholders to devise client-focused strategic solutions.

Dermot is a graduate of Trinity College where he was elected Foundation Scholar (1981-86) and graduated with a First Class Honours BA in Early & Modern Irish (1983) and M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour (2011).

Trish FlynnTrish Flynn

Trish Flynn has a background in social project management and service planning in both the public sector and the community and voluntary sector. She works in service research and evaluation, strategy development, and the implementation of change management within the charitable sector.  She managed the Social Programme for Ballymun Regeneration Ltd, during which she designed, implemented and monitored initiatives in the areas of childcare, family support, health, education and training, recreation, community safety and social inclusion. She has also co-ordinated the Social Programme at the London Irish Centre and has extensive experience in community care management in the UK.

Trish holds a BA in communication studies from DCU, a post graduate diploma in management from UNL and a post graduate diploma in strategy from Trinity College Dublin (IMI).

Ruaidhrí Finnegan

Ruaidhri Finnegan is Communique’s Director of Personal Branding & Reputation Management, having worked as a corporate communications consultant for 10 years at a c-suite level.
With a background in digital and experiential marketing, he works with leadership clients in Dublin, London, New York and San Francisco, and has led and implemented successful personal branding & reputation management campaigns across a variety of sectors including in the asset management, banking, technology, global real estate and energy consulting industries.

DaHEAD SHOT 1niel Moriarty

Daniel Moriarty is a Project Manager and is involved in the planning and monitoring of a range of client communications plans and strategies. Daniel graduated with a degree in Commerce from University College Dublin and is a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM). Formerly, he has worked with a wide range of engineering companies as lead Project Planner. His previous business experience includes the role of General Manager of Tonix Pharma Ltd, the Irish subsidiary of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp, where he developed and expanded the Irish subsidiary from a nominally registered company to a fully-fledged and successfully operational enterprise.

Eilis DoyEilis Doylele

Eilis Doyle is Project Co-ordinator and Office Manager. She manages the delivery of stakeholder engagement processes, liaising with local and national media; and project managing and providing back office support to all Communiqué International’s major projects nationally and overseas. In addition, she coordinates, organises and administers individual and group training sessions, liaising with clients and consultants in the delivery of our skills development and training courses.

Eilis graduated with a MA in Public Relations from Dublin Institute of Technology, and holds a BA in Contemporary Culture and Society from Dublin City University.
