The development of skills among appraisers and appraisees is of particular importance and Communiqué International puts a great deal of emphasis on developing a training methodology that is realistic, positive and motivational.
Our lead trainer Ashley Hughes specialises in tailored PMDS training programmes designed for roll out in mid to large-scale public and private bodies. Her PMDS experience includes designing and leading training programmes for a number of major semi-state bodies.
