Luke Monahan
Luke has authored and edited twelve publications and has consulted to organisations in Ireland and on four continents. He has two masters degrees in leadership and has specialisations in change management, business excellence, conflict and mediation, also in mentoring and coaching leaders, boards and senior management teams. He has carried out extensive research into the culture of organisations and how to effect positive change throughout an organisation.

His work takes him into the spheres of education, health, and corporate arena. Currently he is working to reshape the governance structures and practices of a major health provider in Ireland, also in his portfolio is heading a professional development programme for one of Ireland’s largest third level institutions.
