Communiqué International specialises in the area of crisis communication and crisis communication management. We are involved on a daily basis with organisations nationally and internationally in preparing people to deal with emergency/crisis communication issues.
Crisis media communication is always challenging and demands specific skills. People change during crises. The dynamic is very different and there is more urgency, more at stake, more emotion and sometimes lack of logic. The skill therefore is to communicate under pressure in a way that fulfils the key criteria of being, truthful, accurate, clear and timely.
