Ashley Hughes
Ashley Hughes is a Senior Consultant in Communiqué International. She designs and delivers bespoke performance management and development systems (PMDS) for public and private sectors as well as personal effectiveness training modules on motivation, team effectiveness, presentation skills, communications, assertiveness, influence and persuasion, and conflict management. She specialises in designing and directing PMDS and conducts complex and large-scale assignments across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She undertakes consultancy assignments in organisational development and has a broad spectrum of experience in this area working for organisations in Ireland, Europe and the Middle East. Ashley has a BA in Management and a M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour.
