
Margaret Considine
Margaret specialises in the areas of Leadership Development, Conflict Resolution, Influence & Persuasion and Mediation & Negotiation Skills. She lectures in Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Communication Skills, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Organisation Behaviour, Communication and Organisation Development Marketing.
Margaret has worked extensively across the UK, Europe and the USA and continues to actively work in Europe. Formerly General Manager with a Dublin based consultancy firm. Prior to that, Margaret held a number of national and international senior posts to directorship level in both consulting, service and manufacturing organisations. She has worked with major companies and brands, public sector bodies and agencies and within the tourism sector.
Margaret has directed the Public Negotiations Skills & Influencing programmes in the IMI for many years in addition to contributing on many other courses including Masters programmes. Margaret is a Certified Member of AAT, holds a first class BA degree in Management, a H Dip in Conflict and Mediation Skills from UCD and a MSc. in Management (Organisation Behaviour) from Trinity College Dublin. Margaret is also a certified Master Trainer & FAS approved trainer.
