Leo Blennerhassett
Leo was Managing Director of Accenture (Ireland) until 2005. During his time with the company the business in Ireland grew from 300 employees, to 1500 employees, with a fivefold increase in profitability and a doubling of Service Lines. In addition Leo led the Irish business through the greatest change in the history of the Global Organisation, including separation from Arthur Andersen, transition from a Partnership and ultimately a global IPO. Leo was a member of the Global Leadership Council and on the Leadership training faculty for new executives. He has facilitated workshops and seminars internally and with a range of client organisations on; Leadership, Managing a change journey, Strategic Planning and Workforce Transformation.

He has also held a number of European leadership positions as a senior executive in the Financial Services Consulting Operating Group. As a practitioner he has worked with Irish and Global clients on Corporate Strategy development and execution, Pre and post acquisition strategy, Operating Model design and implementation, Workforce transformation and IT Systems design and implementation.

Leo holds an honours BBS from Trinity College Dublin. He is on the Advisory Board of the Business School in Trinity College and lectures MBA students on the Consulting profession and Strategic Analysis. He currently provides advisory services to a number of institutions in Ireland.
